1. Introduction objects, conditions and number of people
(1) Introduction objects
The following high-level talents who meet the needs of the college’s disciplines (majors) and scientific research construction :
1. Talents that meet the A and B levels in the "Taiyuan University Interim Measures for the Introduction of High-Level Talents".
2. Professors and associate professors who have obtained a doctoral degree.
3. Doctoral candidates.
(2) Conditions for introduction
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China.
3. Have good moral character and professional ethics, love education, and have good teamwork spirit and dedication.
4. Physical health and mental health.
5. Professors are generally no more than 50 years old (born after March 31, 1971), associate professors are generally no more than 45 years old (born after March 31, 1976), and doctoral candidates are generally no more than 50 years old (born after March 31, 1971). For those over 40 years old (born after March 31, 1981), the age may be relaxed appropriately for particularly outstanding talents.
Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register:
1. Active military personnel and current non-fresh graduates are not allowed to register;
2. Due to Those who have committed crimes and have received criminal punishment, or have been expelled from the Communist Party of China and public offices; those who are during the review period of the case or who have not been relieved of party discipline or political discipline sanctions cannot register;

2. Policy treatment
(1) College treatment
1. The treatment for introduced talents shall be implemented in accordance with the "Taiyuan University Interim Measures for the Introduction of High-level Talents", and the service period For 8 years, outstanding talents in urgently needed majors in the college will be introduced on a "one case, one discussion" basis;
2. Nationally outstanding doctoral thesis winners will be provided with a settling-in allowance of 800,000 yuan; a scientific research start-up fee for science subjects 800,000 yuan for science majors and 600,000 yuan for liberal arts majors;
3. Postdoctoral fellows will be provided with a settlement allowance of 700,000 yuan; scientific research start-up fees are 300,000 yuan for science majors and 200,000 yuan for liberal arts majors;
4. Disbursed to doctoral students in the second round of "double first-class" construction universities and construction disciplines announced by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, and National Development and Reform Commission or to doctoral students in the top 200 world-class universities (excluding domestic). A housing subsidy of RMB 600,000, a scientific research start-up fee of RMB 250,000 for science and engineering students, and a RMB 150,000 for liberal arts majors; 5. Ph.D. students graduated from ordinary universities will receive a housing subsidy of RMB 500,000, a scientific research start-up fee of RMB 200,000 for science and engineering majors, and a RMB 100,000 for liberal arts majors.
6. The housing subsidy is an actual subsidy and is paid in one go. The scientific research start-up fee shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the college’s scientific research projects.
7. The doctoral allowance is 3,000 yuan/month, calculated as 10 months for the whole year; the performance is entitled to the treatment of associate professor, and the implementation period is 3 years.
8. The rental subsidy during the transition period is 2,000 yuan/month, calculated as 12 months for the whole year, and the implementation period is 1 year.
9. The college will properly resolve the work issues of spouses of doctoral students based on staffing, work needs and spouses’ own conditions. If the spouse is already working and has the title of associate professor, and passes the inspection, he or she can go through the transfer formalities; if the spouse does not meet the conditions for joining, the spouse can be assigned a job in the form of labor dispatch based on academic qualifications and professional conditions.
(2) Taiyuan City Treatment
Those who meet Taiyuan City’s talent introduction subsidy policy can also enjoy Taiyuan City’s subsidy policy.
(3) Assessment requirements

IV. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Release of Information
Publish talent introduction announcements on the college campus network and related websites. The introduction information is valid throughout the year.
(2) Registration and review
1. Use online registration. Each applicant is limited to applying for one position.
2. Applicants need to send application materials to the employer department email (see attachment 2). The email content should include the "Taiyuan University Talent Recruitment Registration Form", the electronic version of the materials and certificates that should be submitted during the on-site confirmation review. (3) On-site confirmation
Applicants who meet the job requirements of the college after preliminary review by the hiring department will be confirmed on-site by the college or each hiring department. Depending on the registration status and the degree of impact of the epidemic, the on-site confirmation time and method will be notified separately. (4) Recruitment test
The recruitment test method is an interview, which mainly examines the applicant’s professional learning, basic qualities, etc. The interview score is 100 points, including trial lectures and defenses. The minimum score to pass the interview is 60 points, and those who fail to meet the passing score will be eliminated directly.

Candidates from the same batch who have passed the psychological assessment are sorted from high to low according to their interview scores. (5) Inspection and physical examination
Personnel who pass the inspection and physical examination are determined as candidates for employment in a ratio of 1:1. (6) Handling employment procedures
The college will handle the relevant entry procedures for the candidates to be hired after the expiration of the publicity period.
