Introduction of Jiangsu Welfare Lottery Distribution Center

Jiangsu Welfare Lottery Distribution Center, formerly known as Jiangsu Social Welfare Lottery Donation Committee Office, was established on 1988 with the approval of jiangsu provincial party committee and the provincial government, and changed its name to its present name on 1999. It is a public institution directly under the Civil Affairs Department of Jiangsu Province, and its business is led by China Welfare Lottery Issuance Management Center.
