Guo Tong petroleum stored value card (blue card) is used as follows:

1. Search the official WeChat account "Guotong Petroleum" on the mobile phone, enter the official WeChat of Guo Tong Petroleum, and add attention.

2. After paying attention to the official WeChat account, click "I want to use the card" below. After the menu appears, select "Activate Oil Card" in the menu.

3. Enter the online activation interface, enter the Guo Tong oil storage card number, receive the SMS verification code with the mobile phone number registered when purchasing the card, and fill in the SMS verification code to activate the card.

The refueling method is as follows:

1. The user takes the card to the private gas station jointly operated by PetroChina and Guo Tong, presents the oil storage card to the staff, and tells them "how much oil to add XX yuan".

2. After the staff swipes the card on the POS machine to pay the refueling amount, the user goes to the designated oil gun to complete refueling.
