How to refund the train ticket? How to cancel after payment?

Train tickets can be refunded directly in official website. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. 12306 After entering official website, click "Refund" in the menu bar on the left.

2. Login, enter the account number and login password, and enter the personal reservation information page. Under my train ticket, click "Completed Order".

3. Under the default non-business trip order, select the query date, and then click Query on the right. In the query results, find the train ticket to be returned, and there is a refund button on the right side of the order details. If you confirm that you want to return it, just click.

4. Then a refund prompt window will pop up, where you can see the refund amount, refund fee, etc. You can continue to click "Confirm".
