The notification bar in Huawei's mobile phone settings is in the notification center.

To set up notifications:

1. Open the home page of the mobile phone and find the "Settings" icon in the page.

2. Click and enter the "Notification Center" option.

3. Enter the "Notification Management" setting page.

4. Click to enter the software that needs to change the notification, and click to open or close "Allow notification".
