3. Alterable items include date, train number and seat, and ticket types are not allowed to be changed;

4. The payment after the change must be completed within 10 minutes.

Student ticket change restriction

Alterable items include date, train number and seat, and ticket types are not allowed to be changed; More than 48 hours (excluding) before departure, you can change to other trains during the pre-sale period; Within 48 hours before driving, you can change other trains before driving, or you can change other trains between 24:00 on the day of the ticket date after driving, without changing the ticket for the next day or after the ticket date; After driving, other trains can still be changed on the same day, but only at the ticket issuing station. If the travel date of the changed ticket is in the peak of Spring Festival travel rush, the refund fee will be charged according to the standard of less than 24 hours before the driving time.

4. If the fare difference of the new ticket is higher than the original ticket after the change, the new ticket will be paid in full, and the original ticket will be returned to the original bank card within 20 working days. If the new ticket is lower than the original ticket after the change, the fare difference will be returned to the original bank card within 20 working days;

5. When the changed ticket price is the same as the original ticket price, a confirmation button will be displayed on this page, so the user does not need to request the payment platform.

Student ticket subscription

Log in with your own user on the website and select "student ticket order" under the "online ticket purchase" module.

1. Enter the date, arrival or train number, inquire about the train number information, and click the "Buy Ticket" button corresponding to the inquired train number information;

2. Enter the passenger identity information and complete the reservation after online payment.

A. The pre-sale period of student booking is consistent with the pre-sale period of student tickets at the station window;

B, online booking must not book tickets within two hours of driving;

C. After booking, you will be prompted to exchange tickets with your student ID card and discount card;

D. After the order is generated, if the user cancels it actively or passively for more than 5 times, it will enter the grey list and can't purchase tickets again in the current natural day.

3. You can continue to pay the unfinished order in my order;
