Can I cancel the reservation of the American delegation?

This should be contacted with the booking party. After the reservation is successful, the high-end hotel will tell you that if you cancel it, you will lose all. Generally, it will not be cancelled. If a low-end hotel uses a hotel room, the reservation party will not allow you to cancel it at will. If there are special circumstances, please contact the booking party as soon as possible to explain the reasons.

After booking, Meituan can cancel the reservation, but it needs the following requirements.

According to the service guarantee of Meituan:

1. Meituan promises not to charge any extra fees from the refund service. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we will actively coordinate with the hotel to avoid your loss.

2. Unsubscribe for special reasons: You can unsubscribe or assist in modification after issuing a certificate of special reasons. Special reasons include death, hospitalization, fracture, death of parents, children or spouses, and hospitalization.

3. Force majeure unsubscribe guarantee: If the itinerary is cancelled or changed due to force majeure, Meituan will refund the fee or price difference.

4. 15 minute refund: the service will be cancelled unconditionally within 15 minutes after the order is confirmed (only applicable to the goods labeled with "quick return").

Several situations that do not meet the above service guarantee categories of Meituan:

1. You failed to contact Meituan in time and checked into other hotels by yourself.

2. You did not arrive at the mall within the agreed arrival time, or arrived at the mall earlier than the time acceptable to the hotel.

You changed the check-in date and room type of the hotel without the confirmation of the delegation.

4. Meituan or the original hotel has upgraded you to another room not lower than the original standard for free (arranged in the original hotel).

5. You didn't actually check in or failed to provide a real and valid check-in certificate, or the check-in person, city and date in the check-in certificate did not match the original order.

6. When you arrive at the store, the order has not been confirmed by Meituan (please refer to the SMS/client result of Meituan for successful order booking).

7. Prepaid order, you didn't pay the room rate.

8. Orders with security transaction risks, including but not limited to orders auctioned maliciously by peers, shall be subject to the judgment of Meituan.

9. You failed to make an appointment or verify the electronic exchange code of the group purchase goods as required.
