How to insert numerical sequence numbers by column in WPS table

Inserting numerical serial numbers by column in WPS table can be completed as follows:

1. Open the table where you want to insert numeric serial numbers, and select the column where you want to insert serial numbers.

As shown above, first add the serial number column to the left of the name column.

2. In the serial number column, first enter the serial number format of the number to be inserted, such as 1, 2, 3, 4 ... and then enter "1". Drag the square in the lower right corner of the number "1" cell with the mouse and drag it down.

3. The 3.WPS form function will automatically insert and fill in the complete digital serial number. The effect is shown in the above picture.
