The online bank card unfreezing process is as follows:

1. Log in to Bank official website or Mobile Banking and enter the "My Account" interface.

2. Find the frozen bank card in the account list, and click the card to enter the "Card Details" interface.

3. In the Card Details interface, find the Unfreeze button and click Unfreeze to enter the unfreezing process.

4. According to the system prompt, enter the bank card number, ID number, mobile phone number and other information, and set the unfreezing password.

5. After confirming that the information entered is correct, submit the thawing application.

The system reviews the unfreezing application, and if the application meets the requirements, it will continue.

6. Thawing operation; If the application does not meet the requirements, an error message will be returned.

7. After successful thawing, the bank card can be used normally.
