In view of the current complicated epidemic situation in COVID-19, especially the situation of high mobility and high input risk during the May Day holiday, in order to find out potential transmission risks in time, ensure people's health and safety, and improve the ability of nucleic acid emergency detection in the county, a free nucleic acid screening for all members of the county was carried out on May 6, 2022, based on the decision of the emergency headquarters Research on Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19, Laishui County. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Sampling time

May 6, 2022, 6:00- 16:00. The specific sampling time shall be subject to the notice of each township.

Second, the sampling location

All administrative villages and neighborhood committees in the county scientifically set up sampling points in advance according to the living conditions of personnel. In principle, all villagers take part in sampling at the sampling point of their current residence, and can take samples at the workplace after reporting to the township or community where they are located in special circumstances. Students and faculty members are organized by the school to collect samples in the school.

Third, the detection object

All residents in Laishui County, including permanent population, temporary population and temporary floating population. Residents who have recently received nucleic acid testing also need to participate in this test.

Four. Related requirements

1. Implement static management. During the period of nucleic acid collection, all administrative villages and neighborhood committees are the work units, and all the staff in this field are managed by themselves. Except for vehicles and personnel such as epidemic prevention and control, emergency services and emergency support, the rest of the vehicles and personnel are restricted in principle until the collection of nucleic acids by all staff of the village or neighborhood committee is over.

2. All personnel shall, according to the notification requirements and arrangements of towns and villages, carry valid certificates such as ID cards or household registration books, and go to the designated sampling sites in batches, in different periods and in an orderly manner. For those who do not participate in centralized nucleic acid screening, the health code will give a pop-up window, warning and restricting travel; Cause the spread of the epidemic, shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

3. All personnel should wear masks during the whole sampling period, keep a safe distance, don't talk, don't gather, don't interfere with the staff and don't disturb the order at the scene.

4. Persons who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for less than 48 hours should report to their villages, communities, enterprises and units, and do not participate in the whole round of nucleic acid screening. After 48 hours, nucleic acid screening should be carried out in time.

5. If you have symptoms such as fever and cough, don't go to the centralized sampling point for the time being, report to the village, community, enterprise and unit in advance, and go to the fever clinic in time on the premise of personal protection to avoid taking public transportation.

6. Accept home isolation management personnel, and medical staff will come to take nucleic acid samples. For people who are seriously ill and inconvenient to move, they should report to their villages and communities in time, and the staff will take samples at home to ensure that no one is missed.

7. It is an obligation to accept nucleic acid testing and screening. Residents should pay close attention to official information, do not panic, do not believe rumors, and actively cooperate with all staff for nucleic acid screening.
