Start order

Competition Inspection

1. Excellent athletes recognized by the organizing committee must undergo individual inspection in the designated inspection area 30 minutes before the game. Those who do not participate in the inspection will not have their results counted. Official competition results;

2. Public athletes will be inspected one by one by checking the induction timing chip and bib number. Players must go to the corresponding area for inspection within the specified time. The inspection time for the half-distance event is 5:50-7:20, and the inspection time for the 5-kilometer fun run is 6:00-7:30;

3. Runners in the front area are allowed to voluntarily enter the rear area for inspection and start. The rear area is allowed to enter the front area for inspection and starting. If there is any violation, the player's results and rankings will be cancelled, and an additional one-year ban will be imposed;

4. 10 minutes after the last shot of the game, players are no longer allowed Enter the track and start.

Timing method.

1. The half-distance event uses induction timing. The induction timing chip will start timing when the contestants pass the starting line. Competitors must wear a disposable chip provided by the organizing committee. Entries with timing chips are valid;

2. There are timing sensor carpets at the starting point, every 5 kilometers, and the end point. Players must pass through all ground timing sensor carpets one by one during the process. If you complete the race within the closing time but lack any timing points, you will not be ranked;

As a national fitness event, the 3.5-kilometer fun run does not provide timing chip services and will not be ranked.

Closing time and distance

In order to ensure the safety of competitors and the order of urban road traffic, after closing at each kilometer point, the competition timing sensor carpet will stop working, and the track will lift traffic control and resume Under normal traffic conditions, contestants should stop the race in time and exit the track, waiting for the organizing committee's assistance vehicle or bus to arrive at the finish line. Otherwise, the contestant will bear the corresponding legal liability and compensation liability for any accidents caused.

Access to clothing

1. Athletes participating in the half marathon can Store clothes according to the number section in the designated area at the starting point. On the day of the competition, the clothing storage service at the starting point will end 15 minutes before the gun is fired. Please arrange your time accordingly.

After the race, with your bib number, go to the post-race service area to pick up your stored clothes. The post-race service area will be open until 12:00 that day. If you do not pick up your stored clothing in time, you can pick it up at the Xiamen Sports Group Event Company within 5 working days after the game, or choose to pay by mail. If it is not collected within the time limit, the organizing committee will treat it as unclaimed;

2. The organizing committee recommends not to store valuables in the bag. If it is damaged or lost, the contestants will be responsible for it;

The 3.5km Happy Run does not provide bag storage services.

Drinking water, beverages, and energy replenishment stations are set up in accordance with the "Guidelines for China Marathon and Related Sports Organizing".

Medical Rescue

1. Set up sufficient medical points at the start and end of the race and along the track, and provide mobile AED medical rescue service staff along the track.

2. There are medical service volunteers along the track to assist in medical rescue and maintain the order of the competition. Players can ask them for help at any time. During the competition, the person in charge of the Medical Security Department has the right to issue instructions to terminate the competition and collect bib numbers based on the physical condition of the players; if the players do not follow the advice of the on-site medical staff and insist on participating in the competition, all consequences and responsibilities arising from the competition shall be borne by the players themselves. If a player loses consciousness, the organizing committee will automatically be entrusted with all means of first aid, including but not limited to CPR, AED external defibrillation, and rapid transport by renting a vehicle or helicopter.

This competition will conduct doping tests on contestants in accordance with relevant regulations.

VI. Participation Methods

Age Requirements

1. Half Marathon: Born before the age of 18 on the day of the race);

2.5km Fun Run: Born before the age of 8 on the day of the race)

Physical Requirements

Marathon is a heavy-load, high-intensity, long-distance sport. It is also a high-risk competitive event, which has a high impact on the physical condition of the participants. Require. Participants should be in good health and have the foundation to participate in long-term long-distance running exercises or training. Those with the following physical conditions are prohibited from registering to participate in the competition:

1. Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2. Hypertension and cerebrovascular disease;

3. Myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4. Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

5. Diabetes with high or low blood sugar;

6. Suffering from a cold 2 weeks before the competition day;

7. Pregnant women;

8. Those who have not recovered from infectious diseases;

10. Other diseases that are not suitable for exercise.

Epidemic Prevention and Control Requirements

The organizing committee will adjust the time and scale of the event in a timely manner according to changes in the epidemic situation. Personnel from areas with moderate to high risk of the epidemic will not be accepted to participate. Please see the registration instructions for specific requirements.

Registration Method

1. The half marathon event has 15,000 people and adopts the form of pre-registration lottery. After the number of applicants exceeds the size of the event, the qualifications will be determined by lottery.

7. Rewards

The organizing committee provides free competition clothes, clothing bags, bib numbers, and timing chips to all contestants. All runners who pass the finish line before the cut-off time will receive a finisher medal.

The list of winners will be published on the official website of the event within 24 hours after the end of the event for 10 working days. 8. Punishment Measures

In order to strengthen the management of race style and discipline, the event organizing committee strictly prohibits the private transfer or acceptance of transfers of qualifications, and prohibits all substitutions, free runs, and forged bib numbers. And those using non-event bib numbers enter the track to compete. Once found, violators will be banned from participating in various events organized by the Xiamen East Half Marathon Organizing Committee for life, and will be reported to the Chinese Athletics Association for additional penalties. All consequences caused by illegal activities such as substitute running, free running, forging number bibs, etc. shall be borne by the violators themselves. If economic losses and serious impacts are caused, the organizing committee will also reserve the right to pursue legal liability of the violators.

During the competition, the organizing committee will conduct video surveillance at the starting point, every 5 kilometers and the end point. If any of the following problems occur, the organizing committee will be disqualified and disqualified from the competition, or banned from the competition, depending on the severity of the circumstances. 9. Insurance

Contestants must purchase their own insurance.

The organizing committee of this competition will also provide each participant with a personal accident insurance policy. The insurance policy is based on the registration information.
