Generally, you don't need to make an appointment to go to the service hall of Puyang County Administration Bureau for divorce. But to be on the safe side, try to call the civil affairs bureau in advance to make an appointment.

Procedures required for divorce registration:

1. Original ID cards and household registration books of both parties;

2. Two recent bareheaded photos of each person;

3. Marriage certificate;

4. Divorce agreement (in triplicate), stating the intention of both parties to divorce voluntarily and the consensus on matters such as child support, property and debt handling.
