Dongying City’s second batch of masks is scheduled to be available for reservation at 15:00 on February 14 through the “Dongying Palm Tong” WeChat applet Through the channel, 100 pharmacies in the city have released rations. This time, 80,000 pieces will be released, and citizens will voluntarily make an appointment to purchase them. When the number of reservations in each store exceeds the upper limit of reservations in that pharmacy, the system automatically prompts you to make reservations in other pharmacies. Reservations will be stopped after the total number of reservations for citizens in the city reaches the total supply of masks.

In order to effectively improve the reservation efficiency of the "Dongying Mobile Phone" platform, citizens who have not registered for the "Dongying Mobile Phone" must complete the registration one day before the official start of reservations. The platform implements reservations on a per-household basis, with a limit of 3 purchases per household per week. Please remind family members not to make repeated reservations. Notices will be issued through the platform when standards are adjusted. After the reservation is successful, the system will automatically send a notification of successful reservation. Each pharmacy sends a pickup notification via text message. After receiving the notification, citizens can use the pickup code to purchase at the reserved pharmacy within 5 days. They can also entrust others to purchase on their behalf with the pickup code. If no purchase is made within 5 days, the reservation will be invalid and citizens will need to make a new reservation.
