What should I do if I forget my password for "FireWire Elite"?

Clear via registered email: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page or click /pwd/?from=u&sfrom= to enter directly, enter the account number and verification code, and choose to use the registered email to retrieve the password.

1. Open the link to the password retrieval process, click to enter, enter the account number and verification code, and click OK

2. After completing the first step, you will jump to another page. There is a warm reminder at the bottom of the page. Click on the prompt and behind it is the hyperlink (the circled area in the picture below).

3. After completing step 2, a verification box will pop up to verify the registered email address. Enter your registered email address and click Send Verification Email.

4. After completing step 3, go to your registered email address to check the email. Click the link in the email.

5. After clicking the link, a new page will appear, as shown below, where you can set a new password for your account. There is a box under Modify New Password. Change password and clear other security methods. Check this option and click OK. The previously bound security methods will be cleared.
