Court case inquiry system

The court case query system is the China Judgment Documents Network. Online access to judgment documents is an important part of judicial disclosure.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Supreme People’s Court has vigorously promoted the online work of judgment documents and took the lead in setting an example. It launched the China Judgments Document Network on July 1, 2013, and published the first batch of 50 effective judgments. The document has attracted widespread attention and praise from the society. The next day, the Supreme People's Court reviewed and approved the "Interim Measures for the Online Publication of Judgment Documents of the Supreme People's Court", which clarified that all effective judgment documents will be published on the China Judgment Documents Network, except where there are special provisions in the law.

On November 27, 2013, the China Judgment Documents Network was connected to the judgment document transmission platforms of various higher people's courts, marking the successful establishment of a technical platform for the unified release of judgment documents by the country's four-level courts. On November 28, the Supreme People’s Court issued an online judicial interpretation of the ruling.

The publication of judgment documents is mainly through the following five channels:

1. For judgment documents that have a major impact, please consult the people Daily newspapers, legal daily newspapers and other newspapers will be published.

2. Judgment documents for cases that are of typical significance and have a certain guiding role shall be published in the People's Court Journal and Gazette from time to time.

3. Daily judgment documents can be published at any time on the People’s Court newspaper website and the government website opened by our court. This is a major form of publishing judgment documents.

4. All published judgment documents can be bound into a volume and placed in designated departments for reference by people of all levels. At present, the first consideration is to place it in the reader service department of the publishing house, and also set up a touch computer to input the published judgment documents for review. If the parties need to request it, cost fees can be charged.

5. The published judgment documents are compiled into a volume every year and published by a publishing house.
