1. Enter Tencent qq Anti-Fraud Center and click Unfreeze QQ;

2. Click "Unfreeze QQ", enter your account number and verification code, and then click Next;

3. Select an authentication method to retrieve the password. Enter the secret protection question or change it to SMS verification;

4. Enter a new qq password after successful verification, and finally log in to qq with the new qq password.
