1. Cross out the fault blank page and return to the recharge page.

2. Open the recharge page in IE browser and click "Tools".

3. Click the Internet option (o).

4. Enter the following interface.

5. Click "Security" to enter the following interface.

6. Click Reset All Zones to Default Levels.

7. Click Apply, and then click OK.
