Mobile phones can't receive text messages, and the original text messages and call records have disappeared. What's going on here?

If the mobile phone can't receive SMS/MMS, the memory is insufficient. It is suggested that you clean the memory of the mobile phone according to the following steps:

1. Clear the read call records and short messages in time.

2. Clear the phone's online records: browser-menu key-settings-privacy and security (privacy)-clear the cache, clear the history, etc.

3. Move the multimedia files to the external SD card. Operation:

1). For Android 2.3/4.0/4. 1 system: My Files-All Files -sdcard0- Find the folder to be moved-Press and hold-Move to-Return to the outside _sd- Click "Move here".

2). If it is Android 4.2 or above: Application-My Files-All Files-Device Storage-Find the folder to be moved and open it-Menu button-Select All-Click three bar icons-Move, return to the parent directory, click SD memory card-Select related folder (or create a new folder)-and move here.

Note: For Android 2.2 and earlier versions (some Android 2.3 systems do not support the built-in hard disk), multimedia files are stored in the external SD card by default.

4. If it is a picture/video shot by a camera, you can set the storage path to SD card in advance. Operation: Open the camera-Settings-Memory-Memory Card.

5. Uninstall third-party software that is not often used.
