How to query the points of Agricultural Bank of China?

1. Individual customers can check the integral balance in the following ways:

(1) Pocket Bank: Log in to ABC Pocket Bank and select "My"-"My Points" to inquire. (Currently open to registered customers)

(2) Designated merchants: go to the POS machine of the cooperative merchants of our bank to make inquiries. Please visit the credit card page of our website for the list of cooperative merchants who spend points. )

2. Customers who hold our credit card can also check the balance of points in the following ways:

(1) Customer Service Hotline: Call the 24-hour customer service hotlines of ABC Credit Card 4006695599, 021-61195599, 4006 195599 (Platinum VIP service hotline) for enquiries.

(2) SMS: Send SMS "CCJFKH" to 1069095599 using the mobile phone number reserved in the credit card system of Agricultural Bank of China to check the balance of customer-level points; Send the short message "the last four digits of CCJFZH# card number" to 1069095599 to check the balance of account-level points.

(3) WeChat: After binding the Agricultural Bank credit card to the Agricultural Bank credit card WeChat (service number: "Agricultural Bank Credit Card"), enter the "points inquiry/points redemption" menu to inquire about the account-level or customer-level points balance.
