How to get a refund in Qunar.com?

Qunar.com train ticket refund process:

1. Log in to Qunar.com official website.

2. Click "Refund Application" (shown in red circle) on the right side of the train ticket channel search box to enter the refund interface.

3. Choose to use "query by mobile phone number" or "query by order number", enter the mobile phone number or order number according to the prompt, enter the order list, submit the application, and the agent will start processing during working hours.

4. Refund the ticket for about 1 day/change the ticket for 2 hours. Apply for refund, check the shipping space, calculate the related expenses, and notify by SMS after completion.

Refund: the amount will be returned to the original payment account, and the debit card will take about 3-7 days/credit card 7-2 1 day.
