How to cancel SMS package for mobile users

1. Send the short message "0000" to "10086".

2. Receive the message "10086977" and inquire about all package services of mobile phones (with or without charges).

3. Reply to the message "10086977" and send "2" (the serial number of the package) to this number. (Send the serial number of any service you want to cancel. )

4. Receive the message "10086977" again, informing that the service has been cancelled.

5. "10086" also sent a text message to cancel the package. The cancellation business will take effect in the following month.
