Haizhu District’s Notice on Strengthening Social Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures

According to expert judgment, this round of epidemic is developing rapidly and the risk of community transmission is high. In order to fully curb the spread of the epidemic, after research, it has been decided to continue to implement the "Haizhu District Notice on Strengthening Social Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures" from October 23 and 24 until 24:00 on October 30. The relevant prevention and control measures are now announced as follows:

1. People who have left Haizhu District since October 18 are encouraged to proactively report to their communities, conduct home health monitoring and nucleic acid testing for 3 days, and strictly implement personal protection, no gathering, No gatherings and other prevention and control measures.

2. Implement the following prevention and control measures throughout the district:

Take the initiative to participate in nucleic acid testing for all employees. Please follow the guidelines of your neighborhood and community, take personal protection, and "Inspect once a day, inspect everything that needs to be done, and don't miss anyone."

Do a good job of daily health monitoring, strictly limit gathering activities, maintain a social distance of more than 1 meter, and seek medical treatment in time when you have symptoms such as fever and dry cough.

All agencies, enterprises and institutions must strictly implement the main responsibilities of prevention and control, strengthen health monitoring of staff, supervise the implementation of nucleic acid testing, and advocate working from home.

With communities, residential areas, groups, compounds, enterprises, public places, etc. as units, strict personnel entry and exit management will be implemented, temperature measurement, site code scanning and negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours will be carried out. Prove and urge the standard wearing of masks.

Entertainment venues, cinemas, indoor swimming pools, theatres, bars, gyms, Internet cafes, billiards halls, chess and card rooms, mahjong parlors, escape rooms, foot bath shops, beauty and massage parlors, hairdressers, bathing centers, indoor Attractions, libraries, museums and other closed and semi-closed places are temporarily closed.

All catering service units have suspended dine-in dining and only provide take-out services such as in-store pickup, online or telephone ordering.

All universities, vocational schools and technical schools implement closed management. Schools and kindergartens in primary and secondary schools have suspended return to school and offline teaching. Off-campus training institutions have suspended offline teaching, and childcare and custody institutions have suspended services.

Special places such as nursing homes, nursing homes, and maternal and child service institutions will implement measures such as closed management and video visits, and no gathering activities will be held.

3. The area south of Xingang Middle Road, north of Dunhe Road, east of Guangzhou Avenue South, and west of Yiyuan South Road will implement the prevention and control measures of "do-to-door service without leaving home".

4. The area south of Xingang West Road, north of Diejing Road, east of Ruikang Road, and west of Guangzhou Avenue South shall implement prevention and control measures of "no people leaving the area and picking up items at staggered peaks" .

5. Xingang West Road-Xingang Middle Road-Huangpu Chung-south of Chisha Chung, south of Industrial Avenue-Nanzhou Road-north of Guangzhou Ring Expressway, Dongxiao South Road-south of Xin_xi Road In the area enclosed to the west of the East and South China Expressways, prevention and control measures of "do not leave the area unless necessary" are implemented, as follows:

Citizens should not leave the area unless necessary, and take the initiative not to go out, move, or gather.

Baypoints will be set up on road sections, communities, residential areas, machine groups, compounds, enterprises, etc., and will be on duty 24 hours a day to strictly manage the entry and exit of people. Temperature checks, venue code scanning, and negative nucleic acid test certificates within 24 hours will be carried out for personnel entering and exiting.

Persons who really need to leave the area for work, school, medical treatment, etc. must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours to travel.
