Why is there always a short message sign flashing in the upper left corner of OPPO A520, but there is no new message and the inbox is not full?

A520 has several SMS icons, as shown below:

1, all yellow envelope icons. Indicates that new information has been received.

2. Open the envelope, there is a photo in it. Indicates that a new multimedia message has been received.

There is an @ symbol in the lower right corner of the envelope icon. Indicates that you have received an unread email.

There is a yellow envelope sign in the lower right corner of the earth icon. Indicates that a new push message has been received.

Please check whether the icon you see is consistent with the above description, and then open the corresponding mailbox for inspection and acceptance.
