How to cancel a love card

You can call the mobile customer service directly to cancel the family number service, or you can log in to the mobile online business hall to cancel it yourself, as follows:

Through official website operation, first search the mobile network hall, and then enter the website of China Mobile.

Login user name and password. If you forget the service password, you can log in with SMS verification code.

Find the family number management in my service, and click enter.

I have opened two family number packages, the long-distance family package and the home network package. Click Settings.

You can click Modify or Delete.

Click Delete, and a button will pop up to confirm. Click OK.
