Can the private car stop at the taxi stand?

Private cars are not allowed to park at taxi stands.

The purpose of setting up taxi stops is mainly to standardize the phenomenon that taxis stop and install indiscriminately and avoid the road chaos caused by taxis. Therefore, private cars should not be parked at taxi stops, so as not to affect the interests of taxis. When the traffic police find this phenomenon during patrol, they will impose a fine on the driver in 200 yuan and give him a verbal warning.

Social vehicles shall not be parked in taxi parking spaces, and shall not be parked for a long time or temporarily;

1, the general parking time will be written on the information board of the parking space. The dotted parking space is a temporary parking space, and the parking space will be fined for a limited time.

Article 93 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China may point out the illegal act and give a verbal warning to anyone who violates the provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations on motor vehicle parking and temporary parking, and order him to leave immediately.

If the driver of a motor vehicle is not at the scene or refuses to leave immediately although he is at the scene, thus obstructing the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan may be imposed, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or parked at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall not charge the parties the trailer fee, and shall inform the parties of the parking place in time.

"Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 63 When a motor vehicle is temporarily parked on the road, the following provisions shall be observed:

No parking is allowed in the road section without parking signs and markings, in the road section with isolation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, as well as crosswalks and construction sections;

No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp bends, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

Roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, and motor vehicle drivers should not leave the car, get on or off personnel or load and unload goods, and leave immediately;
