What should I do if I forget my household registration?

Candidates' homepage website can log in through their mobile phone number. If you forget the user name you set when logging in, you can try to log in by entering your mobile phone number.

If you forget your login password, you can follow these steps:

1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of the examinee's home page;

2. Next, in the opened page, enter the mobile phone number at the time of registration, and then enter the verification code, which can be used as the basis for checking whether the mobile phone number is registered as an account;

3. Finally, enter the SMS verification code received by the mobile phone into the webpage and set a new login password.
