One plus nine 9pro tuned the vibration. Why are there bells?

One plus nine 9pro has adjusted the vibration and ringtone for the following reasons:

1. The notification bell is not turned off: when the vibration mode of one plus 9Pro mobile phone is adjusted, the notification bell is still turned on.
