There is no requirement for the number of mobile phone numbers sent by China Mobile every day, but the content of short messages cannot involve counterfeiting bank fraud, spreading obscenity and pornography, illegally selling firearms invoices and other items, publishing false information such as fake winning prizes, interfering with people's normal life by mass sending, or violating advertising management regulations.
