219 Notice of Civil Aviation Recruiting High School Graduates to Fly Students in Guangdong

China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Southern Airlines") and China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Eastern Airlines"). According to the requirements of China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd.' s Letter on Recruiting Flight Students in Guangdong Province in 217 (China Eastern Airlines Guangdong Letter [216] No.2) and Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd.' s Letter on Recruiting Flight Students in Guangdong Province in 217 (Shenzhen Airlines Flight Management Letter [216] No.12), civil aviation will plan for 217. Among them, China Southern Airlines sent 4 students from Beihang University and 7 students from China Civil Aviation Flight Academy. Shenzhen Airlines sent 4 students from Peizhong Feiyuan and 2 students from civil aviation university of china (hereinafter referred to as AVIC); China Eastern Airlines sent 1 students from Beihang University, 1 students from China Aviation Academy and 3 students from Shanghai University of Engineering Science. See Annex 1 for the training delivery plans of civil aviation companies. The academic system for enrolling flight students in colleges and universities is 4 years. In order to do a good job in civil aviation recruitment in 217, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Organization and leadership

Under the direct leadership of the Provincial Admissions Office, the civil aviation recruitment work in Guangdong Province is unified in deployment, publicity and joint action, and the municipal admissions offices (examination centers) are organized and implemented together with China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines. Municipalities Admissions Office (examination center) should have a special person responsible for coordinating related work, and all relevant middle schools should set up a recruitment working group composed of school leaders, guidance offices, seniors, class teachers and school doctors to be specifically responsible for the recruitment work of the school.

Second, enrollment conditions

(1) Senior high school graduates (both liberal arts and science) who meet the registration requirements of the national unified examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province, male, take the national unified examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in 217, and the foreign language is limited to English.

(2) Age limit: 16 to 2 years old (calculated on August 31st of the Gregorian calendar in the year of enrollment), that is, born after August 31st, 1997.

(3) Physical condition: height is not less than 168cm; The naked eye vision of one eye is not less than .3 (circular C-shaped table), and there is no color blindness or color weakness; The weight conforms to the body mass index standard for civil aviation to recruit aircrew students; No family history of mental illness, history of epilepsy and other conditions stipulated by the Civil Aviation Administration.

(4) political conditions: support the party's line, principles and policies, love the motherland, have good moral character, and volunteer to devote themselves to civil aviation, which meets the standards of the Civil Aviation Background Investigation Regulations.

(5) Physical examination and background investigation shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions on the recruitment of flight students by civil aviation.

(6) Meet other requirements for enrollment in the national college entrance examination.

iii. enrollment methods

all candidates who apply for the major of civil aviation flight technology must attend the joint interview of recruitment and flight organized by China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines at the same time and place. At the time of registration, the candidates will choose the entrusted training company and the corresponding universities, participate in the physical examination organized by the entrusted training company and accept the background investigation.

(1) Publicity and mobilization

The publicity and mobilization time of civil aviation is from November 14th to December 1st. The recruitment departments of all localities and cities co-ordinate the organization of their secondary schools, comprehensively publicize the policy requirements and standard conditions of civil aviation recruitment in 217 by using billboards, websites and broadcasts, and encourage students with good comprehensive quality and higher college entrance examination scores than the second line to register for the election. China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines formed a publicity group. After communicating and coordinating with the recruitment departments in various cities, they selected some middle schools with better student quality within their jurisdiction, publicized and mobilized students face to face, answered questions, and distributed poster brochures on the spot.

(II) Registration method

1. The registration time for candidates is from November 14th to December 1st. Students who meet the requirements for registration shall register in their schools and fill in the Registration Form for Enrolling High School Graduates in Civil Aviation in 217 (see Annex 2). After the registration, each middle school will fill in the "Register of Flight Students for Civil Aviation High School Graduates in 217" (see Annex 3), and the electronic version of the register will be summarized to the city admissions office (test center) on time before December 2.

2. After all the enrollment offices (examination centers) in each city collect the roster, the electronic version of the roster will be sent to China Southern Airlines' Zhaofei mailbox by mail before December 6, and China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines will share the roster.

(III) Time and place of interview

According to the registration situation in various places, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines set up interview stations in various prefecture-level cities to interview and screen students. Local admissions offices (examination centers) are responsible for organizing, coordinating and arranging testing sites (see Annex 4 for testing site requirements). During the interview, you must hold the Registration Form of 217 Civil Aviation Recruiting High School Graduates (candidates can download and print the form on China Southern Airlines Recruitment Network or Shenzhen Airlines official website and China Eastern Airlines Recruitment Network, and fill in it according to the requirements of the form, which is valid for copying), and you are not allowed to participate in the inspection without the form. Candidates who have passed the interview will receive a notice of physical examination for flying cadets and participate in the physical examination with the notice. The time and place of the interview will be announced separately.

(4) Physical examination

The physical examination of flying recruitment includes physical examination at the station and re-examination after entering the school. Students who pass the interview shall be organized by China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines for physical examination in accordance with the Physical Appraisal Standard for Civil Aviation Recruiting Flying Students. The time and place of medical examination will be notified separately.

(V) Background investigation

The background investigation is conducted after the medical examination, and it is implemented by China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines in conjunction with the relevant units in accordance with the requirements of background investigation of air crew recruited by civil aviation.

IV. Registration and volunteering for the college entrance examination

Candidates who apply for the flight technology majors of Beihang University, AVIC University, Zhongfei Institute and Shanghai University of Technology must take the unified national entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in 217, fill in their volunteers and have a general physical examination.

The flight technology majors of Beihang University, AVIC University, China Aviation Academy and Shanghai University of Technology are all admitted in batches in advance. Beihang University is the first batch of undergraduate institutions approved in advance, while AVIC University, Zhongfei Institute and Shanggong University are the second batch of undergraduate institutions approved in advance. In the "217 Enrollment Catalogue of General Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Province", the flight technology professional plans entrusted by colleges and universities for airlines will be listed under the national standard code of our school, and the flight technology professional plans of different airlines in the same college will be distinguished by different professional codes.

As there are three civil aviation recruitment units and four aviation universities in Guangdong this year, qualified candidates must fill in the first college volunteers, second college volunteers and professional volunteers in the batch according to the batch where the colleges are located, and according to the results of their own physical examination and background investigation and personal wishes. If the advance approval fails to be accepted, it will not affect the candidates to apply for other batches of ordinary colleges and universities.

V. Admission

(1) Admission will fully implement the spirit of the "Sunshine Project" of the Ministry of Education, adhere to the principle of comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physical fitness, and strictly follow the minimum control scores (total score and English single subject score) of the college entrance examination designated by the Civil Aviation Administration, and be accepted among the candidates who have passed the physical examination and the background investigation.

(2) When filing, the Provincial Admissions Office will file according to the voluntary order of the institutions reported by qualified candidates, and the enrollment institutions will be admitted from high score to low score according to the principle of giving priority to professional volunteers.

(3) Candidates who have been admitted to Beihang University, AVIC University, China Aircraft Academy and Shanghai University of Technology majoring in flight technology will no longer participate in other voluntary admissions.

(4) After the new students enter the school, the school will conduct physical examination according to the relevant regulations. Those who find favoritism and malpractice will be disqualified. Students who have passed the re-examination and obtained their school status may apply for changing to other ground undergraduate or junior college majors in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state or ordinary colleges and universities if they are grounded due to physical, technical and learning reasons during their studies at school.
