There are 30 articles written in this issue: 5 articles about educating parents and children; 9 articles on learning and growth; There are 9 personal impressions and 7 in the workplace. In fact, half of these articles were written on a whim.

Since I joined the Thousand-character Literary Group in early June, the writing style of the seventh issue is not brilliant, and there are many drooling articles, and I feel that I have not made much progress. Nothing touching, but I found my writing cold and hard, ha. But there are still many inspirations through writing:

First, there is no topic about writing.

Many young people in the writing camp often have this confusion. I had the same problem when I was writing. Even if I set aside an hour to write, I found that I couldn't write anything. Later, I found that it was not that there was no topic to write, but that there were actually many ideas in my mind, but many of them could not be deepened. It's all floating in my mind, and it's fleeting. Even if I want to write, I can't write an article with 1000 words.

On June 6th, 65438, in the second group communication and linkage activity between the writing group and the rewriting group, I was deeply impressed by the views shared by the group leader Charlie:

Question: How to define personal writing goals instead of simply collecting the number of words and articles? How to study deliberately in daily changes and improve writing ability or article quality?

Captain Charlie shared two points: 1. Expand reading. 2. Live hard.

The goal of writing is from low to high. First of all, there is no doubt that we should increase our reading. Reading has many advantages. Reading can increase our knowledge and broaden our horizons. Reading can also make us think more deeply and become smarter, so reading more books can make our articles more profound and meaningful.

Second, we should work hard and feel life with our heart. The articles we write don't need any clever skills, flowery rhetoric or many thought-provoking truths. We only need to record life from the article and feel the beauty of life, and we can achieve the minimum goal of writing. For example, the article "Chang 'an Ten Days" mentioned by team leader Charlie.

As for finding your own topic, my feeling is that if the current goal is only to record your life and write things out, and at the same time it is logical and ideological, then you should pay more attention to some topics and think more. In particular, it is necessary to use fragmented time to think and organize the framework of thinking. It doesn't take much time to write. You just need to collect more ideas at ordinary times and write them down in your notebook when you have ideas. Then, you can use 10- 15 minutes to collect some relevant information during the fragmentation time, and then use 20-30 minutes to sort out the article, so an article will come out.

This issue I wrote has a topic about accepting the kindness of my parents. At that time, it happened that my mother sent me a big box of food from my hometown a few days ago. I was very moved, but I also felt that my mother was wasting money. I didn't lack anything. However, it happened that one day in a WeChat group, a sister shared her parents' topic, which roughly meant to find something for her parents to do and make them feel valuable. Taking this opportunity, I wrote an article accepting the kindness of my parents.

The article was finished in less than an hour. After writing, I will think about how to accept and express my gratitude when my parents provide some help to my future life, so as to make them feel better, instead of directly rejecting their kindness as before.

At that time, after writing this article, a member of the writing group felt similar, so I felt that I didn't write it, I was just expressing my thoughts in words. In this way, my goal was achieved.

In another article of mine, there are also more than 800 hits, that is, "Looking at Career Tendency from Four Dimensions of Personality", which is my analysis based on my own actual situation after reading Zhao Xiaoli's book "Ability Breakthrough-the Bottom Logic and Methods of Accelerated Growth in the Workplace". At that time, I was in the stage of thinking about my life and career planning, thinking about my future development direction while looking for a job, and analyzing my actual situation according to the four dimensions in the article. Of course, writing it does not mean that you can find your future direction, but you have a clearer thinking and a deeper understanding of career planning.

2. Improve personal writing style and logic.

Is there any good landing method? For example, to imitate, is there any specific process?

Team leader Charlie's answer: Writing can mark the style of favorite writers and imitate them more. But in the end, to form your own style and logic, it is most important to remember the facts.

As for other writers' writing methods, I believe many friends know that Benjamin Franklin's writing method in "Autobiography of Franklin" is very enlightening: his childhood education can only make him an ordinary writer. Later, by chance, he read an English magazine "The Spectator" and was deeply attracted by the articles in the magazine.

He selected several articles he liked, and then wrote down a brief description of each sentence so that he could recall what the sentence was about later. A few days later, he tried to retell the summary with the words he thought of, and kept trying to write it as complete as the original.

Then, he compared the article he wrote according to the prompts with the original text of The Spectator and revised it constantly.

After comparative practice, Franklin found that his vocabulary was not as rich as that of the author of The Spectator. It's not that Franklin doesn't know those words, but that he can't use them flexibly in his writing. In order to make up for this deficiency, he thought of another practice method-writing poems.

He thinks that writing poems can force him to think of many different words. He can't think of words at ordinary times, and only when he needs to be consistent with the rhythm and melody pattern of poetry will he try to "retrieve" them in his brain. So he rewrote some articles in the spectator magazine into poems. After the revision, he completely forgot the original poem and wording in his memory, and then he rewritten the poem into prose.

Through such writing practice, Franklin finally became one of the most respected writers in America.

In order to enlarge his vocabulary and use it flexibly, Franklin's method is to rewrite the original text and practice it deliberately. So I think to benchmark a writer's article, we need to find the gap first, then analyze the author's article structure, practice constantly, benchmark first and then surpass it, and form our own style and logic.

I participated in Uncle Akiba's writing experience camp a few days ago. On the third day of the course, we talked about benchmarking the author and refining the content of the article framework.

Extracting the article frame is roughly divided into four steps: first, find the high-quality article, then analyze the module content of the article and disassemble it, then extract the article frame from the disassembled article, and finally imitate it in the application scenario according to the frame.

Pay attention to two points. Articles should have their own views, provide story scenes as arguments and attract the audience. Finally, don't forget to summarize the sublimation theme with golden sentences.

3. Intuitive feelings about writing:

At present, I have written many articles on many topics in the writing group, but I haven't found my own specific direction yet. I will write anything that interests me. Parenting, growing up, studying and getting married are just like writing your own growth diary. From the daily observation and accumulation, I find topics that I am interested in and new ideas from familiar topics, which also reflects my own thinking.

For example, I wrote an article about hard work:

Modern people like to find shortcuts and do things well in one step, but they are often discouraged from being down-to-earth and diligent. But in fact, we don't work as hard as we thought, and people's ability to resist pressure is often unimaginable. We can't resist pressure because the pressure is not big enough, and the ability to resist pressure and diligence also need to be practiced. The purpose of writing this article is to tell myself not to waste time thinking and hesitating, but to be down-to-earth and do things seriously.

There is another topic about learning:

Anyone can learn, but "learning" should be taken apart, not only learning, but also learning. Advanced learners focus on learning. Because habits have to be repeated, and they can only be repeated enough to penetrate what they have learned from the skin into the muscles and bones and convert them into their own energy. Learning without learning seems to be possible. In the end, time and energy are spent and nothing can be done, which is false diligence.

Writing opportunities can be seen everywhere in life, from a short message to an article, work email, work summary and analysis report. If you write well, you will be promoted by the leader. I don't think I have a lofty writing goal now. I don't want to make money by writing, nor do I want to publish books. I just want to cultivate my professional habits and sort out my work flow through writing. Write more and practice more, and you will think deeper and farther than others and benefit the most.

Regarding the operation direction of the writing team, Dabao, the leader of the rewriting team, put forward good suggestions, such as regular online communication among team members; The team leader conducts single-line communication among personnel; Set up a deputy leader to manage the daily affairs within the group; Establish some incentive mechanisms, etc. I think the current deskmate system is not easy to use, probably because the team members don't have a deep understanding of it. The communication within the WeChat group is also limited to the speeches of a few activists in the group. Some people didn't attend.

Finally, I hope the writing group will get better and better. The goal in 2022 is to break the small transparency. I hope the writing group will make a greater breakthrough in 2022, and everyone can gain more from writing!
