Download the songs you want, and then open iTunes.

Click "File" in the upper right corner and select "Add" file to the library. At this time, in the "music bar" of the library, you will find that the song you downloaded has been imported.

Select a song to make a ringtone, right-click, open "Menu" and click "Show Introduction".

In the window that opens, open Options, and "Start Time" and "Stop Time" will appear below. You can set the time period you want, but the longest time cannot exceed 40 seconds. Then click OK.
