Why didn't Li Jing's mobile phone text message come?

Why doesn't the letter from the mobile phone ring? Can be ruled out in the following ways:

1. If other ringtones are normal, turn the ringtone to the maximum, such as setting → sound and vibration → ringtone volume;

2. Turn off the Do Not Disturb mode, such as Setup → Do Not Disturb Mode → Off;

3. Reset the SMS ringtone, such as: Settings → Sound and Vibration → Card 1/ Card 2 SMS ringtone;
