You can refer to the following introduction to restoring factory settings or double clearing:

Restore all settings: Restore all settings in the system to the factory state, such as: alarm clock, wallpaper, network settings , ringtones, etc. But the media files and software data in the phone will not be deleted.

You can enter settings--system management/more settings--backup and reset/restore factory settings--restore all settings--restore, restore settings options.

This operation will not delete software or files, but will only reset all setting options. For data security, important data can be backed up before operation.

Note: Enter Cloud Service--Device Cloud Backup--Backup Data Type--System Data--Return--Back Up Now to back up some system settings and desktop layout; Cloud Service--Data Synchronization-- Turn on WLAN, Bluetooth, etc. to synchronize data to cloud services.

4. For models launched before September 2017: Press and hold the "power button" and "volume up button" at the same time for about 5 seconds in the off state to enter RECOVERY mode.
