How to export things from Nokia phones?

1. Enter the phone menu, one option, one mark/unmark all marks, click option 1 again, copy and select the stored SIM card, shut down, pull out and insert the SIM card into the N8 phone, one option 1, set 1, select the stored SIM card in the phone book to be displayed and exit.

2. Install Nokia ovi Suite on the computer, connect N97 to the computer with data cable, open ovi Suite, export the address book, photos, information and music to the computer for storage, then connect N8 to the computer with data cable, open ovi Suite and import it into the mobile phone.
