First, the detection range

Third, the detection position

1. Isolation point: on-site inspection. 2. Medium-high risk area: within the community, the specific notice of the community shall prevail. 3. Yellow code personnel: obey the arrangements of various communities and units, and conduct nucleic acid sampling at the special nucleic acid detection point for yellow code.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. All sampling personnel shall properly and reasonably arrange time for nucleic acid detection at each sampling point according to the designated time period notified by the community and the unit to ensure that all samples should be detected.

2. Medium-high risk area: high risk area, where community organizes medical staff to take samples at home; In the moderate risk area, set up sampling points in the community and organize sampling in an orderly manner according to the requirements of the community. Specifically, the community announcement shall prevail.

3. Guide residents to use the appointment registration system to generate QR codes in advance to improve sampling efficiency. If the QR code is not generated, please bring your ID card and scan it directly to register. Without the original ID card, sampling must be accompanied by immediate family members; If you don't have the original ID card and your children or parents are not around, please write down your name, mobile phone number and ID number in advance, and the on-site staff will assist you in entering it.

4. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, please report to your community and unit in advance, do a good job of personal protection, go to the nearest hospital fever clinic in time, and don't go to the centralized sampling point.

5. Yellow code personnel listen to the arrangements of various communities and units, and conduct nucleic acid sampling at the special nucleic acid detection point of yellow code.

6. The cost of this nucleic acid test should be borne by the government. If no call is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative and no written report is issued.

Those who received the COVID-19 vaccine within 7.48 hours did not take part in the test.

8. Provide home nucleic acid testing for the elderly, the disabled, patients and other residents with mobility difficulties.

9. Please actively participate in relevant personnel, and do not spread rumors, believe in rumors or spread rumors. Anyone who interferes with or obstructs sample collection and maliciously spreads false pictures, videos and speeches, causing serious social impact, will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

10. Please be sure to take part in the nucleic acid test to ensure that no one is left behind.
