I received a text message on my phone but it disappeared after a while.

If the phone automatically deletes text messages, it is recommended:

1. Check whether the "Delete old messages" setting is turned on: Information-More-Settings-More Settings-Delete old messages-Close (The operating paths of different mobile phone models may be slightly different).

2. If it has been turned off, please check whether third-party SMS software is installed on the phone and whether there are relevant settings.

3. If the phone still automatically deletes text messages, please back up the data in the phone (contacts, messages, photos, etc.) and try to restore the machine to factory settings.

If the problem persists, please bring your purchase invoice, repair card and mobile phone to the local Samsung service center for inspection.
