Can China Unicom's flow card receive short messages?

Unicom 3g wireless network card can send and receive short messages.

Using a wireless network card through a computer requires the driver software corresponding to the Cato brand of the wireless network card. After entering the software, there is a short message interface that can send and receive short messages.

Note that Unicom's 3g wireless network card can only be used under 3g network. If there is no SMS resource in the package, it will be charged at 10 cent per package.
