On September 22nd, it was learned from the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters that in the recent epidemic disposal in our city, some typical cases were found that individuals were diagnosed as positive and spread others due to reasons such as not taking the initiative to report, not participating in nucleic acid screening for no reason, and concealing their itinerary on the way to hospital, which brought serious hidden dangers to the epidemic prevention and control work in our city.

On September 15, residents of Beichen District, Yan Moumou and Li Moumou, did not participate in the nucleic acid screening that day, and refused to participate in the nucleic acid screening without justifiable reasons, even though Zhencun had informed them by phone that they would be screened again and given a yellow code.

During the whole city's nucleic acid screening on September 17, as a logistics employee with more contacts, Yan Moumou did not report the cold symptoms such as headache in time. Instead, I went to a non-fever clinic in Hebei District with my colleagues (individual clinic, closed in time).

In the 18 screening, Yan was diagnosed as asymptomatic infection. In the subsequent transfer process, the couple still did not cooperate. Yan first claimed that he had never been to Hebei, and later changed his mind and said that he was going alone, concealing the fact that his colleagues were accompanying him. Subsequently, Yan's husband Li, colleagues and relatives of colleagues were diagnosed as asymptomatic infected people.

No screening, no medical declaration according to regulations, and no cooperation with joint investigation led to many infected cases, and many places were blocked, which led to the risk of social communication. At present, Beichen police have filed an investigation according to law because of its behavior seriously disturbing public order.

According to the policy of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of our city, Meijiang Furniture Plaza in Xiqing District was closed on September 13, 2022, reminding residents who have been there to report it quickly. On September 14, Zhang Moumou met the person at the entrance of Meijiang Lighting Plaza in Xiqing District, and then Zhang Moumou returned to the warehouse of Wande Science Park.

On September 16, Zhang Moumou received a phone call from the staff in Hexi District to check the traffic, concealing the possible risk trip. From September 16 to September 20, Zhang Moumou was active in the warehouse of Wande Science Park, during which he contacted some people in the park.

On September 20th, Zhang Moumou participated in the nucleic acid screening, and the result was positive. On the same day, after further epidemiological investigation and nucleic acid detection, three people were diagnosed as positive in Wande Science Park, causing the epidemic to spread. At present, Hexi police have filed an investigation on it according to law.
