2022 Instructions for HPV Vaccine Appointment in Xindian Town, Jinan District, Fuzhou (Vaccine Appointment in Jinan District Hospital, Fuzhou)

1. Adult vaccination clinic hours: Wednesday, Friday morning, Saturday morning; 08: 00 am-11:30 am, and14: 00 am-16: 00 pm.

2. The first dose was booked successfully, and the other two or three doses need to be booked through the official account of WeChat, a health center in Xindian Town, Jinan District, Fuzhou. Reservations for other platforms are invalid.

3. You don't need telephone consultation to make an appointment successfully. Please take your valid ID card or medical insurance card and the information of successful appointment to go to the vaccination at the appointed time and place. The reserved position is for personal use only and cannot be transferred. Failing to come to inoculation according to the inoculation time shall be regarded as automatic waiver. Please forgive me!

4. Adult outpatient vaccination targets: women aged 18-45 with tetravalent HPV vaccine and women aged 18-26 with nonavalent HPV vaccine.

5. Inoculation contraindications: those who are allergic to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and vaccine ingredients cannot be vaccinated; Those who have fever, serious organic diseases, severe allergies and use immunoglobulin or blood products within three months are not suitable for vaccination; Pregnant women and lactating women should not be vaccinated; Vaccination is not recommended for pregnant women.
