Why is there no information about Alipay refund?

Under normal circumstances, if a normal Taobao secured transaction involves a refund, the money will generally be returned to the corresponding Alipay account balance. However, some refunds may be related to the payment method and payment channel. I suggest you also pay attention to the changes in the funds in the corresponding bank card. For the transaction orders on Taobao, it is recommended to check the transaction records on Taobao.

1. If you can't find the details of the corresponding transaction order, it is suggested to check whether there is any wrong Taobao account or Alipay account.

2. There is a one-to-one binding relationship between Taobao member name and Alipay account, that is, a Taobao member name can only be bound to one Alipay account;

1) Log in to Taobao (www.taobao.com), click on the baby I bought from Taobao, click on the order details or inquire about the refund;

2) Click View Refund to view the specific progress, or log in to Alipay account (www.alipay.com), record the transaction, find the corresponding transaction, and click Details Query;

3) The refund status is different and the display is different:

A. Refund application is successful: it shows the acceptance time of the bank and the expected successful processing time of the bank;

B. After acceptance by the bank: the expected successful processing time of the bank will be displayed. According to the prompt time, users are requested to pay attention to the details of bank card receipt and log in to online banking actively for inquiry;

C. After successful processing by the bank: the actual time when the bank received the refund. Users are advised to check the bank account at this time point, and contact the bank for verification if they have not received it.
