Can wechat be used as evidence that the boss of a private enterprise is in arrears with his salary?

According to the fifth paragraph of Article 63 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (the Law), citizens, legal persons and other organizations among equal subjects or between equal subjects publish or exchange information through public network platforms such as webpage, QQ space, blog, Weibo, WeChat, Momo, Yixin and Michao, as well as SMS, email and instant messaging. However, in any of the following circumstances, it shall not be regarded as valid evidence for final decision:

(1) Electronic data has been tampered with or forged, or its authenticity cannot be determined;

(two) the electronic data is added, deleted or modified, which affects the authenticity of electronic data;

(3) Other circumstances that cannot guarantee the authenticity of electronic data.
