③ Handling method: I present my mobile phone and valid ID registered by the original operator to the importer's business hall for transcoding. At this time, the telecom business hall will give you a new card and replace it with the current one. The mobile phone number is still the original number, but the operator changed from mobile to telecom.

Note: At present, port number transfer is limited to the same city. If you are a mobile card in Beijing, you can't change it to a telecom card in Tianjin. You can only change it to a telecom card in Beijing.
