What materials do mainland residents in Shaanxi Province need for marriage registration?

Where the parties' habitual residence and permanent residence in this province belong to the same city, the following documents and supporting materials shall be issued for marriage registration:

(1) My household registration book and ID card;

(2) A signed statement that I have no spouse and no direct blood relationship with the other party and collateral blood relationship within three generations.

If the parties choose to register their marriage in their habitual residence in a province, and their habitual residence and permanent residence in the province belong to different cities, in addition to the above documents, the parties shall also submit their valid residence permit with their habitual residence in the province.
