1. Log in to the online business hall of China Mobile: www.10086.cn;

2. Open my mobile phone and find the personal center;

3. Click on the business type to cancel, such as basic business;

4. After expansion, there is a close button behind the business, which can be cancelled. Click it and a confirmation page will pop up. After confirmation, the business will be successfully closed.
