After booking tickets online on 12306, if you do not exchange for paper tickets, you can refund and change tickets online on the 12306 website. If you have exchanged a paper ticket, you can only go to the ticket exchange station or the departure station on the ticket for refund or change.

If the new ticket price is lower than the original ticket after a refund or change, the refundable amount will be refunded to the bank card used to purchase the ticket according to the regulations of the card-issuing bank.
