If you are in an area where the function is supported and the earthquake early warning service is turned on, but no early warning information is received, it may be related to the following factors:

1. Not connected to the Internet or the network environment is poor;

< p>2. The channel for issuing early warning messages is not kept open, such as shutting down or in airplane mode;

3. The positioning city is not added in the weather application, or the positioning service is not turned on; (earthquake early warning information needs to be based on Push information based on the location)

4. The location is far away from the earthquake location, the earthquake intensity is less than 2 degrees, and the earthquake is weak.

Note:

1. Weather APP version number ≥5.2.3.1 supports earthquake early warning service;

2. If the above conditions are met and the earthquake early warning is not received , you can enter the vivo official website--My--Online Customer Service--Enter manual and consult online customer service for feedback.

How to open the earthquake early warning service:

1. The weather APP version is 6.0.0.0 and above:

Open the "Weather" APP--click " Dot"--Settings--Earthquake Warning--Enable Earthquake Warning Service--Turn on the function;

2. The weather APP version is below 6.0.0.0:

Open "Weather" APP--swipe down the page--click "Earthquake Early Warning"--enable earthquake early warning service--turn on the function.
