The evaluation of national scholarships is rigorous and fair. Before1October 3 1 every year, colleges and universities will complete the evaluation work and publicize it on campus. After publicity without objection, colleges and universities will report the evaluation results to the higher authorities, and finally the Ministry of Education will approve them.
