How to report the loss if the ABC card does not record the card number?

If you use ABC's debit card, the loss reporting method is as follows.

1. You can call the customer service center of Agricultural Bank of China at 95599, and provide the identity information manually to report the loss orally.

2. If mobile banking is enabled on the bank card, you can report the loss orally by logging in to "My Account-Debit Card Report Loss" in the mobile banking, as shown in the following figure:

3. If personal online banking is enabled on the bank card, you can report the loss orally through personal online banking "Account-Bank Account-Debit Card-Upper Right Corner-Account Management-Account Loss Reporting", as shown in the following figure:

4. You can report the loss at any ABC business hall with your valid ID.

Please reissue the card as soon as possible after it is lost, but the card owner can bring his valid ID card to any business hall of China Agricultural Bank within the jurisdiction of the issuing bank to handle the loss reporting and card replacement business.
