Note: After applying for a refund, the refund path is:

2. The gift card refund will be returned to the gift card you used when you paid, and it is not supported to return to other paths;

3. Post office remittance and cash payment will usually be refunded to JD.COM account. If you need to return the bank card, you can choose the refund method on the page where you apply for a refund;

4. After the order is cancelled successfully, the unpaid IOUs will be invalidated directly, and the IOUs quota will be automatically restored; If the IOU has been returned, the money will be returned after cancellation.
