Notice of transferring pension to social security card

According to the spirit of the document "Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Comprehensively Deepening the Application of Social Security Cards in the Field of Human Society", our county will comprehensively carry out the work of enabling social security cards to issue pension benefits, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the object of implementation

The recipients of social security benefits in the county include three types of retirees (hereinafter referred to as "retirees"): basic old-age insurance for employees, basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents and old-age insurance for institutions.

Second, the implementation measures

My county pension payment from the original channel to the social security card (citizen card), namely:

1. Retirees who used to use bank cards and passbooks to receive pensions should use social security cards (citizen cards) before June 30, 2022.

2. Retirees who have received pensions through social security cards (citizen cards) need to use the replaced social security cards uniformly if they change their social security cards in the future.

Third, processing time.

March 2022 1 day to June 30, 2022

Fourth, handle the bank.

1. The undertaking banks of social security cards (citizen cards) in our county have expanded from two rural commercial banks and postal savings banks to six industrial and commercial banks, agricultural banks, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, rural commercial banks and postal savings banks. Due to technical reasons, there are currently three banks that can handle, and retirees can choose any one of them to handle social security cards (citizen cards). The other three banks can also handle it after the system debugging is normal.

2. Please complete the change and issuance procedures of the above retirement account before June 30, 2022. Failing to change or open the UnionPay function within the time limit will affect the normal payment of pensions.
